Ljubljana hosted the first meeting of the CPC project partners + on the 9th of March 2015. At the beginning, all present were greeted by the Director of the Ljubljana healthcare Centre, Mr Rudi Dolšak. He stressed that the effective application of the project a great success, despite the reduced volume of assets and reduced time allocated for project implementation. The Medical Director of HCL, doc. Dr Tonka Poplas Susič, presented the project partners and project content with an emphasis on the inclusion of community nurses in comprehensive patient treatment, and obesity treatment.

Ms Tanja Kocjan Stjepanovič, representative of the partner Prava poteza, outlined the objectives of the project and a plan for implementation of the project (NIP), which is the fundamental document for the implementation of the project. She presented the steps that follow the decision-making. This is the preparation and signing of the partnership agreement, signed by all the project partners which will be followed by the signing of a contract between the developer (HC Ljubljana) and SVRK (Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Development and European Cohesion Policy).

She then presented the tasks that will be performed by individual partners and described the method of allocating the finances and ways of costs monitoring. To ensure transparency in the use of resources, all partners must keep separate accounting records. During the project, there are four reporting periods in which partners need to prepare appropriate reports.

Project partners also took note of the activities of the various work packages and determined the executive, start and end dates of each activity. They reviewed the rules for the implementation of the project: the use of logos that must be on all the documents that will be created within the project. They took note of the rules for the procurement of equipment and services required for project implementation, for the VAT treatment, avoidance of double funding and rules for archiving documents, which will be created during project implementation.
