On Monday, 06/15/2015, the Chamber - the Association began training in the framework of the project CPC + for community nurses. Training will take place in two parts, in June and September.
Community nurses will familiarize with content such as prevention and treatment of a stable chronic patient, as well as the mode of cooperation with the clinics of family medicine, particularly with Model Practices. In the context of education, the following modules were carried out in June:

• Clinical path for community nurses
• Screening for chronic non-communicable diseases in the field
• Treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus type II.

In September we plan to carry out modules on asthma, COPD, obesity and its impact on the health of families and on providing a safe environment for the elderly.
