At the beginnig in november it was happening the 8th regular consulation of community services leaders unter the Section of nurses and medical techniques in community care. On the consulation were beside the contemporary events in medical and midvwive nursing, challenges in which stands community care and professional articles intending, also introduced projects, which happen in different community care in Slovenia.
We have introduced project CPC+ to more then 80 participated nurses . The main point we added to role presentation, which community nurses have in this project. We have intorduced partners and goals of project, content and cource this realized education for community nurses from Nurses and Midwives Association of Slovenia. We have also introduced the algorithm and treatment of patients on the ground, work planning of CPC+ model realisation in community care, also the manner of reporting and project evaluations.
