On the 8th of december was in CHC Ljubljana happening the 4th council of CPC+ project.. Main point of day order was to introduce details of this project to all partners present.
At the beginning of appointment Assist. prof. Antonija Poplas Susič, M.D., Ph.D greeted all persons present and gave thanks all of them for successful collaboration. Appointement has contuinued mrs. Kocjan Stjepanovič, who has introduced execution of SVKR reports, differences of financial plan and project renewal for one month, till 31. of may 2016.
Mr. Flac has made a quick rewiev of setteled duties and than gave a word to Mrs. Čelešnik, who introduced setteled duties on the department of informing and excanging public information. All about that has completed Mr. Marač from MOL-Mestna Občina Ljubljana.
Prof. Švab has in continuation introduced settled duty for Department of Family Medicine, Medical Faculty in Ljubljana, dr. Blaž Kovač has described work, which was made on department of obesity treatment in CH Ljubljana. Introduction has continued Mrs. Benkovič, who has exposed settled work of community nurses and has also introduced statistical dates at visited patients.
In conclusion of appointment has also introduced his sphere of work Mr. Zafošnik, from SIM centre and Mr. Grabar has introduced starting-points of quality leading.
