CHC Ljubljana, along with other business associates (Faculty of Medicine University in Ljubljana, Department of Familiy Medicine; Nurses and Midwives Association of Slovenia; DNV GL from Norway, Ljubljana Municipality and Prava poteza) finishes the CPC+ project, financed by Norwegian financial mechanism.
During project execution, we have found out some interest, otherwise particular information and results, which we would like to present decisions operators n the field of health care in Slovenia. Our wish is to talk out about results and that all invited will give their own opinion or suggestions, how could we together connect activities operators and among service execution strengthening health of Slovenian citizens. Constructive suggestions will help to orientate work in the field of comprehensive patient treatment in family medicine in Slovenia.
